Technical Assessment

If your profile matches, we will send you a link to an online assessment. Here, your technical knowledge in the field of computer networks will be queried in a subject-specific online test.

Personal Interview

After the technical assessment, we invite you to join us in Forst. In a personal, relaxed conversation, we get to know each other.

Trial Work Day

After the personal interview, we offer you the chance to do a trial work day with us. This way, we can get to know each other better in our daily work and see if we are a good fit for each other.

Contract Offer

After your trial work day, there is a final discussion with our founder and managing director. With him, you discuss all the details of your employment contract. And then? Welcome onboard!
